The Legal Assistant Amy Luke was extremely helpful throughout the process. Rick Giglio was my attorney and did a great job in getting me the most without having to go to court.
The attorney was very knowledgeable. I felt that he represented me and was looking out for my best interest.
Competent, but overpriced. You really feel like a number with him. Since I had a small immigration case, I was relegated to only dealing with paralegals. Once I hired him, he never talked, emailed or saw me again. Every time, I asked to talk to him, a paralegal would call me back to deal with me. {para}I interviewed 4 lawyers and chose Maney, Gordon and Zeller due to the volume of my type case they do. I could have had the same result for 30% less. I regret my choice.
We have used this firm's Orlando Office twice and both times they disappointed. They didn't have the experience to help us based on our military service. An Immigration officer was much more helpful than the attorney assigned to us, so we didn't even bother to take the Attorney to the interview. In my Wife's petition, the attorney didn't request expedited service which we found out by calling the national number 11 M later. The worst case however is when they didn't show up for an appointment!
After 3 years passing my case from one lawyer to another (4 lawyers quit from maney-gordon) leaving my case pending. I decide go to another firm and we found they waste my time sending only the first application after 3 years. I paid more than $10,000.00 and when I request my money back, they send a check for only $3,200.00 They are rip-offs, they just want the money from immigrants.
