It is a long process and they handled everything for me. Anytime I called with questions or concerns I had an immediate response by a lawyer. If my attorney was not available other attorneys at the firm would speak with me.

Law firm was actually recommended by someone that was represented by them, and I have no regrets at all. Nicky handled my case and was very diligent, knowledgeable and empathetic. Every time that I had a question, I always had an immediate answer from them and, over all, im very content of the results

Attorneys have a duty to uphold justice and ensure access to legal counsel - this attorney selectively decides who is worth helping or representing based on convenience and personal preferences. The lack of professionalism and empathy was very, very discouraging. If you need an attorney who will defend your case, look elsewhere. Do not recommend.

I didn't retain Hayslett, P.A. I actually hung up during the initial consultation as the person conducting the interview wasn't listening to my responses. I wouldn't waste my time with this firm. Their support staff (primarily who you'll be dealing with) is inept.
