Crow Estate Planning and Probate is a boutique law firm in Clarksville, Tennessee. We focus our practice on three primary areas: estate planning, probate, and business formation. That is all we do. We believe by narrowing our practice we can provide focused attention on our clients and their families, learning their goals and values. My husband and I finally bit the bullet and set up a trust and associated documents. John and Ashley couldn't have made it easier. The package price was very reasonable, as well. Estate planning is a complicated matter, and very emotional; we had to think beyond our current situation to all of the what-ifs. They made it as easy as it can possibly be, walking us through the decisions and what we needed to think through. When it came time to make edits and answer questions, they were ready with clear answers. We walked out with a binder on signing day, now relieved that our affairs are in order, we know how to manage changes, and we know the hassle each other and our loved ones will avoid because of the planning we did now. We highly recommend their team. And it doesn't hurt that the office is beautiful and full of great art!

I needed a lawyer for estate and trust planning. John Crow was recommended by quite a few friends and lawyers. John and his team were professional, communicated and explained everything clearly, clarified confusing points with examples, and answered my questions via email in a timely manner. The staff was compassionate to my situation. This is a law firm I trust and know will support me if needed.

We needed to transfer our will and trust from another state. I came across Mr. Crow's office while looking on Google. His office was very responsive and worked to get us in as soon as they could. Mr. Crow spent time with us to make sure we understood everything involved and answered all our questions and even brought up things I didn't think of. The cost was very reasonable. The day of signing the documents it was like 15 minutes and we were done. They copied everything and put our documents in a really nice binder as well as emailed the documents to us. Would highly recommend this office for any estate and wills.
