Hired Attorney Joseph Kunkel

Mr. Kunkel represented my brother on a traffic case. He did not show up to court nor notify my brother that he had to so the judge issued a bench warrant. We found out that there was a warrant a month later and my mother, father, brother, and I called him and his paralegal numerous times leaving many voicemails. To this date he still has not returned any calls. We had to hire a different attorney to sort the mess out.

Hired Law Firm

Total lack of communication, disorganized and unprofessional. Our motion was filed improperly by the firm which resulted it in being thrown out. We have repeatedly been told that the client (who is in prison) will be communicated with by his lawyer to discuss next steps, but they haven't even called him once since the retainer was paid in January 2023. Do not waste your money or your time with this firm. It will also result in stress and heartache for yourself or your loved one. We've asked to file an internal complaint or grievance multiple times and not been provided the information.

This firm has the worst representation!! They were unorganized, unprepared, and a total waste of money. I typically don't write reviews but decided to write this to inform anyone looking for representation to Not Waste Your Hard Earned Money!! This firm is a waste of time!!

Hired Attorney Benjamin Luftman

This is a small time attorney. If you take the time to read reviews you will see that this attorney deals in traffic tickets, OVI, DUI, real estate law and minor offenses only. DO NOT hire this attorney for anything else despite claims to handle larger more complex cases. This firm abandons clients and failed to show in court. Easily bluffed by prosecution. Terrible instincts and did not adequately perform duties. Was impossible to reach by phone. Hire at own risk !
