Binh was extremely helpful and seemed very honest when I had a sticky legal situation with the Landlord / Owner where I lived. He's very direct, and may tell you what you may not want to hear; but he's 'straight-up'. Once he established where I mis-stepped (and it was hard to hear), he told me how I can quickly fix it to make my case strong again if it became something; so I did. This was very helpful, just in case the situation ever turned ugly or went to litigation. I offered to sign an agreement and pay him for the 'consultation' as I felt it was, but he declined. Paraphrasing; "No worries, it was just some quick pointers for your situation / could-be case. Do the things I mentioned, and you should be in the clear. Reach out if something comes of it or the other party wants to take action, and I'll definitely represent you. You'll have a strong case, post doing those little things I mentioned." Upstanding guy, not sure about some of the other negative comments.
