Hired Attorney James Borcia

Four years into defending a complex matter brimming with cunning gamesmanship, another attorney said, "You need Jim Borcia - he's the only lawyer opposing counsel doesn't want to face." They weren't kidding. Jim cut through nonsense, mitigated costs, and succeeded. In fact, opposing counsel ultimately withdrew their multi-million dollar claim. There is no match for an experienced lawyer, like Jim, who is knowledgable and commands respect from judges, opposing counsel, and clients alike.

Hired Law Firm

We hired this firm to represent us in a eviction case and they did nothing for us except take our money and did more to advocate for the people we tried to evict. On several occasions we were given terrible advice and then tressler blamed us for almost everything that went wrong and also took the side more often of the people we were trying to evict. They seemed to prolong our case and dragged it out and the whole time took every bit of our money. In terms of representation of us as their clients they were terrible and did nothing but charge us every time we needed them, gave us terrible direction on many issues and clearly didn't have their clients best interest in mind. Don't use Tressler!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
