Howard handled our negotiations with the buyer of our Company very effectively by taking the emotion out of a very emotional issue as well as provided sound advice along the way. He was available 24/7 and his fees were very reasonable. I would use Howard again for my next legal transaction.
Highly skilled and highly lead law firm that allows as a client the scare factor on my opponents to be present in the room. Impressed with final outcome for my sake. It does take a long time when utilizing a large firm but patience is always needed for success.
Difficult to obtain clear advice. Sometimes advice changes and, as a result, need to change focus/direction. This results in not only loss of time but additional fees...always a problem in tight economic times.
Taft is now the McDonalds Drive Thru Law Firm: Everywhere, but no substance. Ryan Shaffer, Denver, $570/hr bills for perfecting Shakespearean writing style vs doing his job. All communication was indecipherable. My case went nowhere with him. He said he had a paralegal, but never billed as though he had one.… Totally unethical. If you’re looking for a lawyer, you could do better doing “Eenie Miny Moe” on Google and find a better law firm than Taft.
Aimee Keller's behavior routinely contradicts the core values Taft law firm claims to represent - integrity, respect, and professionalism. Instead of working toward resolution, she inflames conflict, uses aggressive and bullying tactics, and shows blatant disregard for civility in the courtroom. Judges have openly reprimanded her during proceedings, and her conduct often undermines her own clients' credibility. Unethical behavior, including coaching witnesses to distort facts and submitting misleading writte statements. She shows no empathy toward families or children involved, and appears more focused on prolonging litigation than resolving it. Her reputation among legal professionals including judges across multiple counties is overwhelmingly negative. If you’re considering retaining her, especially in a sensitive matter like family law, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The cost of working with someone like this may far exceed the legal fees and make you lost your case & $150K+.
