Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone due to a range of issues that demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and competence. From my experience, they are not only difficult to work with but also pose a significant liability to their clients. First, communication with this firm is extremely challenging. They consistently fail to respond in a timely manner, leaving clients in the dark during critical times. When they do respond, their tone is often unprofessional and rude, making interactions needlessly stressful. Rather than clarifying or guiding, their communication feels dismissive and disrespectful, which is hardly the service one would expect from a professional firm. Their billing practices are equally troubling. They seem to pad their invoices with charges that don’t reflect the actual work done, creating unnecessary and inflated costs for clients. Transparency in billing is essential, and unfortunately, this firm appears to lack integrity in this area.
