Paul Garcia was assigned to my case as a GAL. From the start, he was completely unaware of the nature of the case. Once he found out who the high conflict parent was, he based his recommendations in favor of that parent. This ensured that the case would drag on and further litigation would increase his legal fees. He would inflate court times and the work that he did in general. He is completely unethical and has no empathy and concern for the welfare of children and families. His only concern is making sure that the court case gets dragged on and his legal fees pile up. Mr. Garcia knows many of the lawyers and judges in family court and utilizes that knowledge to increase his profits. He completely disregards evidence and facts if they are contrary to his advantages. Please ask for his removal from your case if he is assigned as a child rep or GAL. You will lose your children and your family destroyed by his greed and complete disregard for human decency and ethics.

Very corrupt and morally questionable family lawyer. Puts the lives of children at risk and supports parents who are child abusers. Has no concern whatsoever for the welfare of children. He completely ignored the concerns of my child and compromised the safety and well being of the minor child.

Paul Garcia is not trustworthy, do not hire him. He’s very corrupt and will make false documents for anyone and also makes fraudulent identification cards. I have numerous documents from a public school that was used for the child for registration but it’s all fraudulent information with the mother as a guardian and a fraudulent identification card from the Consulate of Mexico in Chicago, IL.

Let me first say that Paul Garcia was appointed by the courts for my case, which makes this post far more daunting. I do not work for any of Paul Garcia’s competitors, nor do I write this review under any financial/professional gains. He truly has no business governing Anything to do with children/families. He KNOWINGLY gave my child to a documented abuser and never completed any sort of background checks/CANTS reports. He also spoke to his “client” (my child) one time in the period of a year. My reason for responding to his review page is because his conduct/sarcastic/emotionally withdrawn comments are disturbing, to say the least. His conduct is overall unethical and it’s very surprising that the courts allow this man to operate under their immunity umbrella. He needs to be thoroughly investigated for unethical conduct and failure to provide adequate counsel for his client, my child.

Paul Garcia is dangerous GAL. Deemed emergency orders stripping fsthet of due process based on 0 evidence of threat or danger. Granted immunity to a sports organization after an incident occurred then force the children into that sports community and the father out. Granted supervision is violation of freedom from persecution as father inquired into the legality and his rights regarding in order of protection that grants a sports organization immunity from investigations. Then he stripped this father of the ability to see his children and subject children to deprivation of abuse for 90+ days and additional to emotional and psychological abuse in 1000 foot order of protection that lacks any evidence of threat or danger. General conversations and disagreements about a sports organization and incidents that occur which indicate dangers to the well-being of the children are Used to remove an active involve father. Paul Garcia only talk to the father one time 40 minutes in a year span in .

Do not hire this man. He makes so many promises, but Only does it on the phone. He ended up charging more $ per hour then we originally discussed, but I wasn’t able to find my retainer to prove it. I basically couldn’t have done worse. I lost everything and then he charged me thousands of dollars promising me he would make mg ex pay. He did not allow me into any of the proceedings. He lies about everything. He makes deals that benefit himself, not you. Then he never returns your calls, I mean months with no calls but hey thousands of dollars In calls to other people and read emails. He had verbally stated he didn’t charge for phone calls, but then billed calling them phone conferences. You are better off doing it alone then licking this guy.

He represented one of my friends and he helped in having her child taken away. He was completely unethical and she could never get ahold of him. The quality of service was some of the worst I have ever seen. If you can, if you see this lawyer, RUN the other way.

I do not recommend this lawyer! Lack of communication and charges you for anything when he doesn’t do anything for you! It’s really hard to get in touch with him and all he cares about is money!! I paid him 4,891 and still didn’t do anything for me.... he would threaten me about withdrawing my case for not paying him 600$ that I owed him when I paid him 4,891 already for NOTHING! And I even made payment arrangements..... now I have a new lawyer and he is great and picking up slack!
