Mr. Merrick was extremely understanding, informative and professional in all dealings while representing me in my action against my previous employer. His caring for what is right for the client, is why we had a very positive outcome in my action and why I highly recommend his services to any and all in need of legal representation.
Mr. Merrick agreed to assist me with negotiating a Separation Agreement. He sent an email to my former employer to advise he was representing me regarding an ADA issue, and requested personnel records, which were subsequently forwarded to me for my review/comments. Then one month after I sent in the requested narrative, Merrick advised he was unable to do anything for a least another few weeks, although I only needed him to send a demand letter. He also tried to backtrack and claim he only agreed to assist in obtaining the records which is false, and I even went so far is to OFFER to provide a retainer. This attorney added so much additional stress to an already difficult situation and I honestly don't think he has any concern for the damage he caused.
