I hired Kristin to represent me in an employment retaliation case (child's mental health and parent/age discrimination), which she enthusiastically took on. During the first month of the case, she was very thorough and handled direct communications with my employer quite well. When things began to get complicated in regards to FMLA leave and commission components of my case, she began to withdraw and communication began to decrease (between myself and my employer). She began to not respond to emails from my employer or myself, missing critical deadlines. and leaving me in the dark about what was happening with my case. I was never sent any case updates unless I reached out to her, which again she seldom responded. When she would return to communications from time to time, she had done so without cross-referencing communication she had missed causing confusion for both parties and ultimately destroying my chances of pursuing further legal action against my employer. I don't recommend.
