Hello everyone I just wanted to take a moment to rate Disparti Law Their service was neither good nor bad however I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of the Google reviewers for stopping me from going through with this litigation, first and foremost I was in a very bad car accident and thank God I walked away without a scratch not even really an ache or a bruise. I received a phone call from one of the paralegals promising me upwards of $30,000 I thought at first it might be a good idea

They are the worst attorney I have ever dealt with! In the beginning it was a different law group from Georgia and then without informing me they sold to this group and I was given an attorney that never called back. Finally when I went to my hearing he didn't say a word, I had to do all the talking and was denied after seven long frustrating years!! Come to find out the attorney I was given was being investigated by the State Attorney in Florida! Big help!! Not at all!! Would never ever use!!

I hate how in the beginning they we're willing to do everything but now i can barely get in contact with them even with an extension. I usually try to return a call but now its frustrating.

Hello, I was working with Adam Shapiro and his parellegal Iris fir my auto insurance claim case. The purpose for this review is to help educate and improve the processes of your firm’s employees processes and practices. When I or clients come to an firm such as yours, we are relying on your expertise and resilience to making sure the auto insurance companies are not doing bad faith practices etc. My wife and I have spent 45 days with this firm to assist us in our auto insurance claim. My wife and I found ourselves making all my calls to this firm to find out the status of our auto claims case and when I talk to them they say let me call the insurance company to find out what’s going. This is the first RED FLAG of concern I have. I asked Adam by email if they made any correspondences and he says No.😰 Insurance denial letter he received the other day, Adam didn’t challenge them especially when they had the incorrect accident date on it. Another RED FLAG. Adam dropped us instantly.

Terrible client service, no communication. Told me they had filed my claim and then four months later told me they had not. I signed contract with Disparti Law as a client applying for disability in August 2019. I was assured months later that they had filed my application. I asked for confirmation from SSA and never received it. After multiple calls to Disparti, I finally received a call from my case manager December 26 saying they never filed it and I would need to sign a new contract.

They failed to collect all medical records despite being given all contact info. I was denied twice by SSDI. My calls were ignored. I acquired my medical records myself and approached Kathy Castor's office for assistance. Between collecting my own records and utilizing Castor's office I was approved in 1.5 weeks after 2.5 years of Disparti's incompetence. The ONLY time I PERMITTED to speak with an attorney was when they called to tell me I was approved. I still had to pay the $6000.00 fee.

Very good law group, easy to talk to, quick & efficient. Easy to get a hold of and confident in answering all my questions.
