I switched counsel after discovering the firm was named in a federal lawsuit involving our judge and Jonathan Steele who was representing me at the time—something they never disclosed, even as it harmed my case. When I tried to resolve my bill in good faith, I was ignored, then blindsided with a retaliatory fee petition. Tom Field repeatedly over-billed me and is known for bragging about how much he bills each month. He also made flirtatious and inappropriate remarks throughout our attorney-client relationship, which I tolerated only out of fear of losing competent counsel. When I filed a complaint with the ARDC, they hired a high-powered firm to submit a misleading rebuttal—an effort to discredit me rather than take responsibility. This firm prioritizes ego and billing over ethics and client care. Avoid them.

Truly tragic these people are allowed to practice. I was shocked not only at their lack of ethics, strategic ability and lack of effort but true lack of understanding of an effective process I feel bad my first lawyer became so sick and did not practice anymore but he did expose me to what a good lawyer is. I would have been seriously damaged if beerman and company would have run the show.

Enrico Mirabelli intentionally liesd to me, with held fundamentally important information from me and lied in writihg to the courts. I am in Federal court with a subpoena for the FBI to produce their records on the ongoing investigation.

One star because zero is not an option. Please consider this a warning and do not waste your money on this expensive and ineffective firm especially James Quigley. The associate in my case was the one who knew all the details. James rarely met with me or took the time to read or respond to my emails. Yet, he was the one who spoke in court and was clueless as to what was going on in my case. I have had two independent attorneys look at my case and they both said malpractice.
