Hired Attorney

Do not agree to use Ms. Sweeney as a Gaussian ad litem! I cannot speak to her qualifications in other areas she practices, but if she puts the same time and effort into those areas she is sure to disappoint. She took 6 months longer than average and last second threw together a biased and uninformed recommendation. She only spoke to people on my ex wife’s side. Didn’t bother talking to my side as she had made up her mind pre-investigation. A false claim was made about another child that warranted reporting to DFS if it was to be even slightly believed. Lawyers are mandatory reporters, yet she still failed to report an allegation of child abuse to DFS, even though she took it serious enough to use in her recommendation. Very unprofessional. Went MIA for 5 months mid “investigation” and could not be bothered with our case. There are plenty of quality attorneys in Cheyenne, 100% recommend you find one of those to use.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
