Hired Attorney Mr. William Yelenak

Atty. Yelenak was extremely patient and clear about what was to transpire within the hearing session. This was my first time in court and I was very nervous about the entire process. Atty Yelenak's reassuring demeanor helped me to plea my case. His expertise and his compassion is a valued asset to the firm.

Hired Attorney Garrett Moore Sr

He may be effective for those who live in CT, but for those who had an accident and filed and then moved, it was agony from beginning to end. 2012 case finally settled for an accident in 2006. They were trying to pressure me to come back to CT for deposition and medical - when the insurance company is USAA and all over the world. Then they said I would have to be there 2-3 weeks for a trial. All this when the person who hit me and their insurance paid to his max limit. Unbelievable.
