After I was rear-ended and required several surgeries I knew it was time to find a qualified and capable lawyer to handle my case. A two-week search led me to choose Ostroff Law. I was assigned Ryan Michaleski (Lawyer) and Nancy Fink (Paralegal). As a team they were extraordinary. Regardless of when I would contact Nancy she always made me feel like I was the only case she was working on. Her in information was up-to-date and if she didn’t have an answer she always got back to me in a timely manner. She was kind, compassionate and thorough. They were really helpful despite the person who totaled my car and injured me having an insurance company that was atrocious and stalled as at every turn. This accident really turned my life upside down and caused me to move 3k miles away, and they were very patient and professional. Everyone here was wonderful! We had limited tort, unaware of what that was and what it would cost us in an accident. My husband was injured in an accident that was due to the other driver's reckless and dangerous behavior. Our life changed at that moment and it seemed unfair that there would be little to no compensation. No other lawyer would even talk to us because of the limited tort. In 2011, I was injured in a car accident that was not my fault. After being turned away/down by other law firms, Mr. Ostroff's firm agreed to look into and then take on my case. In just a few short months, I had a settlement agreement. Everyone that I spoke to at Ostroff Injury was amazing! They are all caring and extremely understanding people. Working with this firm took a while however it was totally worth it in the end. They did a great job catching up with me and making sure we left no detail out. They did everything they could and won.

Was not told the whole scope of our case for removing tenants from our rental. He won the case BUT we didn’t see any money from the case. 9K, gone & he gave no resolution of getting it. We lived out of state & I feel as if he had never worked on a case like this before. He was at another law firm at the time. It would have been nice to have EVERYTHING laid out of what was needed to get our tenants out & for us to recoup our rental fees

This law firm couldn't get it done. I was T boned by a lady that ran a stop sign. They even admitted it to the jury. I tore my shoulder. The lawyer we had was a little cocky and to sure of himself. Never met anyone in person was all done by email and phone. The lady that hit me, here attorney worked out of his car. The bottom line was our insurance co. ended up paying and her insurance co. paid nothing. But the law firm got there money . That's all that really counts.

Took the case and then dropped it. Find someone else. They are unreliable. They are only interested in cases that give them a quick turnaround. Otherwise they will drop you like toxic waste. Find someone else!
