Hired Attorney Mitchell Mullen

If you want to pay an Attorney for all of the mistakes they make, doesn't tell you about the response from the other persons Attorney, files motions with mistakes, charges you for firing him and has no idea what he's doing then hire him. If you want an Attorney that's going to look out for your best interest and does what he or she can do for their client don't hire him.

Please don't hire. Cares more for money then the well being of his clients. Charges very extremely for his time and makes lots of mistakes.

If you don't have money to waste, don't use them. Poorly prepared motion; didn't know how to present my information to the court. Had to call them 3 times for balance of my retainer.

Unable to even speak to an attorney with this firm. Receptionist is rude and doesn't appear to want to be bothered with much of anything.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
