We recently went before the local zoning board for a setback variance. We had encountered some resistance to our project from a few neighbors. As we felt that we needed proper legal representation to put forward our case, Joel Spivack was recommended to us. Upon meeting with Joel, we were impressed with his knowledge and his determination to help us achieve the outcome we desired. In subsequent meetings he guided us as to how to best present our case. His experience with the zoning board from both sides of the table made his representation of our case clear, thoroughly researched and convincingly presented. His expert testimony, support and instruction resulted in overwhelming approval of our variance requests. Due to his skilled services and level of attention to his client’s needs we would highly recommend him to any client requiring representation.

Ours was likely a very routine and simple case; merely changing the names on the deed of our home. But Joel gave us time, his expertise, and took care of everything. He was relaxed and warm and friendly, and it was really a pleasure doing business with him. I feel that we'd consult him first on any related issues where we'd need a lawyer - and even seek him out for a colleague recommendation should it be outside his area of expertise.

Hello, I am writing a review for bankruptcy attorney Joel Spivak. If anyone is in need of a bankruptcy attorney , Joel Spivak will NOT dissappiont.
