About Brian D. Lozuke

I had the privilege and honor of starting my law career 17 years ago with my father, Barry N. Lozuke, Esq. at the firm of Zane & Lozuke until his retirement in 2015 when we formally merged our practice with the esteemed Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. I am a Senior Attorney in the firm and Chair of both the Land Use and Municipal Government Departments. I am a champion of aggressively assisting clients in obtaining their objectives concentrating in all aspects of zoning and land use planning matters, as well as real estate transactions and real estate development work including, when necessary, litigation. I also serve as Solicitor for the Borough of Folsom; Borough of Woodbury Heights; South Harrison Township; and the Delran Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. I work with Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. “Food Drive Committee” serving charitable organizations throughout the community.

    Through my affiliation with the firm of Zane & Lozuke, my areas of practice included matrimonial law, wherein I served as a MESP-Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for over ten (10) years. The role of a MESP panelist was to help mediate and facilitate the amicable resolution of matrimonial dissolution cases. Additionally, I served as pro-bono counsel to a special needs minor and her child that was abused in foster care for close to two (2) years. The case has had a lasting impact on my professional career and I am thankful for the opportunity to have served in that matter.
