Hired Attorney Scott E. Blinks

He wrote a letter to the lawyer of the woman suing us after calling the county building department and the woman dropped the case. He billed us $1000 for that.

Regarding writing Power of Attorney for my elderly parents, he did what other lawyers would not have done. He wrote shared POA for 3 individuals. One for a hired care giver who is now able to steel from her employers and push the other two POA's aside. Shame on you, Mr. Blinks

Mr. Blinks appears to be a prey upon the elderly. His activities within guardianship and real estate matters in the local courts are disproportionate. A fair reading is that the good gentleman is using the courts to prey upon the elderly to gain control of thier personal property and assets. Without the internet and persistance....these matters would be easily concealed within the courthouse walls and at distant law libraries. First, he lied to my wife point blank. over the telephone.and then after talking to me once I wrote him to clarify our conversations and to follow-up...he has never responded to my inquiries regarding my father's estate and assets even though I am heir at law of record on title documents. This so called professional has a record of activities that is within the public domain and If it walks like a duck, and it squawks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck....! No....its a predatory psychopath who uses the courts to prey upon the elderly and frail.

He did absolutely nothing to help me. Never calls back. Admits that people were breaching contract and did absolutely NOTHING about it!
