She was appointed to represent me in a child custody/ child abuse accusations and would not do any work to find out the actual facts. So i did the extra work and sent her the things to send to these people, who i also researched and found email addresses for. I just needed an attorney to request them and get the information back and she couldn't even get that done. Terrible experience i think she may have said 10 words between all the court dates in the court room and that was arguing with me about how i was wrong, nothing towards my actual defense. And I researched and gave her all the proof, all she had to do was speak on it. I'm still just in shock on how bad this whole experience was.
Wow. My experience is with Greta being appointed as a Guardian ad lidem. Looks like she does a terrible job whether she is defending the kids or defending their abusers. This woman has no business doing either. I think the only honest thing that I've seen her do was to list "none" under her experience with domestic abuse. Children deserve adequate representation more than anyone. People accused deserve the opportunity to properly defend themselves from those claims. If you are looking for an attorney for either of these reasons, go with literally anyone else. You would be better off going Pro Se. Zero stars.
I had Greta lockler as my attorney fighting against dcs involving a case worker that was hell bent on keeping my kids away from me for bias reasoning an this lawyer did nothing the whole time she did not make so much as 1 argument in my defense I was completely on my own even said straight up that she wasn’t going to help me even though she continued to be my lawyer I wouldn’t wish her on anyone in a terrible scary situation like my own.
As Guardian ad lidem-Did not investigate the numerous cps investigations. did not take time to speak with family members that could confirm parental abuse. heavily favored parent that was accused of abuse. has zero knowledge about domestic violence, the effects that it has on the spouse, and childrens behavior. this attorney did not represent my children the way that they deserved to be represented.
