Patrick, Beard, Schulman & Jacoway, P.C. was organized on May 1, 1984. Prior to that time, Gary R. Patrick and John W. Beard had been partners at Stophel, Caldwell & Heggie, P.C., one of Tennessee's largest law firms. The firm offers a wide range of legal services including personal injury litigation, worker's compensation, professional negligence litigation, commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, domestic work, commercial and banking work, employment law, corporate and business law, tax law, estate planning, estate administration, real estate, managed health care and bankruptcy work including representation of trustees and creditors. The firm has a substantial and growing base of commercial and business clients, serves as local counsel for national companies and handles complicated negligence and commercial litigation.

Hired Attorney Robert Jonathan Guthrie

I have worked with Patrick for several years until recently when he told me to fabricate evidence. In his words “ the only way for you to win is to supply these documents if you do not have them you need to make them” I immediately voiced my concerns with that statement and that when the incident occurred the documents did not exist, and let him know that we would not be working together from this point on. I have filed sanctions and reported him and his law firm to the Chattanooga Bar Association.
