Beard had been partners at Stophel, Caldwell & Heggie, P.C., one of Tennessee's largest law firms. The firm offers a wide range of legal services including personal injury litigation, worker's compensation, professional negligence litigation, commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, domestic work, commercial and banking work, employment law, corporate and business law, tax law, estate planning, estate administration, real estate, managed health care and bankruptcy work including representation of trustees and creditors. Hired Attorney Bryson Lype

Bryson is truly a rare breed. I brought to him multiple matters (estate planning, post-nup, personal will and testament, LLC establishment, tenant agreement, etc.). He was so very thorough in understanding all my needs and wishes and guided me smoothly through the process. With many twists and turns through my complex situations he has been able to give me such peace of mind! On multiple instances, circumstances arose which required an immediate turnaround and Bryson not only came through for me, he did so in a way that assured me he truly understood me and cared as much about the situations as I did - he is truly a partner! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ellie Hill. When I first met with her, she was amazed that I'd been able to talk with the decision maker at the city level and actually said, "I don't think you need me. I think you can do this all on your own." To me, that speaks volumes of her character. Absolute volumes! I've sadly had to deal with many attorneys over the past 4 years, and I've never met another who was willing to turn away business based upon their own integrity. Ellie was referred to me by my family law attorney...an equally ethical attorney. He was the first family law attorney to say, "I don't do property law." Thus, the referral to Ellie...when no other attorney in Chattanooga had the courage to tell me the truth, that property law was out of their scope. I knew I'd need Ellie, based upon the actions of opposing counsel, and in no time, I was proven right. My only regret is that I didn't hire this firm for family law from day 1!

Bryson took my case for a general sessions claim and was very professional at patrick beard shipman and jacoway law firm. I would highly recommend using him at any time for your legal needs. He listens intently to gain a full understanding of your need and is very polite ,focuses on getting the job done and goes the extra mile doing lots of research to help your case.
