Hired Attorney Mr. Gary Henry

If I could sum up Gary Henry in one phrase it would be "he is an experienced attorney with a heart". He is compassionate and understanding of a client's needs and is very detailed in his explanations! He goes above and beyond to explain what to expect at each stage of a case and he doesn't make a person feel ignorant for their lack of understanding of the legal processes. I have had numerous opportunities to witness him in action when I referred clients to him who didn't speak English and I helped interpret the charges or case. He gives you a feeling of a "big brother" who is looking out for you and genuinely cares beyond the scope of the case at hand! He handles a full array of legal situations and has shown me his expertise in increasing measure every time I have asked him for assistance for a client. I will continue to recommend him because he has proven himself in showing his concern for all the members of our diverse Chattanooga community !

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
