He gave me the options of getting forms from Freeland Martz and handling things myself, or retaining his services. I chose to pay the retainer and let a pro take care of things. Reed was courteous and professional with me, and also with the other parties and personnel involved. He gave me wise counsel whenever I got frustrated or impatient.
