Donna Green refiled my SSI disability case for me in 2021 at the outbreak of Covid-19. This was after all the State of TN SSI caseworkers had been sent home to work. Donna was working with my brother on a disability claim. Toward the end of it just as he was approved he passed away. She worked with the family and essentially submitted the claim twice so the estate could receive the back pay that was approved. She ended up submitting a claim for this twice, one for my brother and then one for his estate. She never wavered. She stayed on top of this the whole time.
