Hired Law Firm

The attorneys at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. went out of their way to promptly answer my question about a complicated social security provision. I was very impressed by the quick turnaround and the personal attention I received.

Hired Attorney Mr. John Jackson

When we where advised to consult a attorney we gave Mr Jackson a call, he was recommended by a friend of the family at OLPH, we called left a message and he returned the call that afternoon, he gave us the time needed to explain everything we needed to know. The time he gave was like we where his only clint which made us fell secure in our choice in calling him, and we thank him for that.....

Hired Law Firm

They do what it takes to get the job done. However, they did add services without discussing with me. I had to constantly review my bill to prevent overcharges. The response to my concerns were immediately resolved. They handled my case wonderfully. I do recommend this firm.

Hired Law Firm

While working a case in arbitration, this lawyer showed bias toward one party, allowing them to submit unrelated material totaling 30 pages of false claims but only allowing the responding party to offer 4 pages in defense, which would obviously not be enough space to properly defend the unfounded claims. The arbitrator also claimed he would only be considering information regarding the contract yet considered information that was not related to the contract. He also refused to share any basis for his decision and made his ruling against previous case law examples. It was an egregious error, whether by intention or not, for him to not approach this with equal consideration and time to both parties. He repeatedly allowed one party to do things without allowing the other party to respond or giving equal opportunity, which calls to question if he is someone connected to one of the parties or has a relationship with the other sides lawyers or some other undisclosed cause for bias.

Hired Attorney Harold North Jr.

Mr. North's moral elasticity is deeply disturbing. Additionally, his performance in trial is a site to behold. He is comfortable shouting at judges to believe his point however, weak it may be, he has the lowest integrity of any attorney I have ever worked with.
