Andre Tippens promised he would contact all medical providers and negotiate discounts and also prevent any bills going to collection. When Andre realized that there was no more money available from the guy that hit me he mostly just let the bills pile up, didn't contact but a few and let many go to collection. He still took 20% of $100k for doing next to nothing.

Hired Attorney Mr. Andre Tippens

He made many promises to take care of my medical bills and not allow the people I owed to go to collection. He said he would be in communication with every one of them to let them know he was taking care of things. He charged 20% of my $100k settlement. After he was through and I was able to take over my own bills I had found that he only communicated with one of the people I owed, the hospital. There were several others that hadn't heard from him at all and they all had taken me to collection.

Lack of communication. He did not take the time to understand my case and didn't pay close attention to my case. Clearly their service was not good.
