Brett is an extremely competent attorney. He communicates well with his client and has done a great job for us in Construction Litigation for a Condominium Owners Association. I would recommend him for any litigation work.

In our litigation. Brett informed us of what to expect and what not to expect. Entering into mediation, he was forth coming in helping us to understand and except our settlement. He answered all questions and did not give us expectations that were not reasonable.

Mr. Dressler is an excellent attorney who represented our church as if it was the church he attends. He fought relentlessly for our congregation and would not give up until he helped us receive a fair insurance settlement. Our church was more than just a client to him. He treated us like family. I went to him as an attorney I did not know, but now he is and will always be a dear friend.

Hired Attorney Mr. Brett Dressler

Mr. Dressler's pre trial preparation moved defendant's insurance carrier from a position of "zero pay" to a favorable settlement. As a Certified Mediator he was a skilled negotiator.

I had a very difficult situation that involved personal injury. I was hesitant to move forward with any legal action, but Brett Dressler's experience was impressive, and he had experience with my particular situation. He and his team really came through, and part of that, was his knowledge and prior experience. His team was responsive, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would have never had the results without competent legal counsel!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
