Great all around firm. Kept me in the loop, I didnt even have to appear in court and SeiferFlatow made my felony charges disappear quickly in district court without having to stress about going to Superior Court. Very fair on pricing as well. Charged me only for district court since Mr. Seifer was confident from the get go that we would be able to keep it there. He told me he wasnt going to charge me for Superior unless it went up there and he held true to his word!! Highly recommend Mr. Seifer.
I was facing some serious stuff but Mr. Seifer made me feel like there was hope. He told me how difficult the county I was charged in was and that we had an uphill battle but he promised to fight for me all the way. And boy did he ever. H was waaay more prepared than the State and it showed in the result-- the judge threw the case out because the officer didnt have good grounds to have charged me with the crime. I hope I dont ever need his services but if I do, he will be my first phone call!!
I hired Atty. Seifer and his team for a DWI citation which was eventually completely dismissed and also for a speeding 15+ ticket which was reduced to a non moving violation. I had nothing but great service from him and his team. I felt assured and confident in for the outcome of both cases due to the professionalism and knowledge of Atty. Seifer. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of DUI/DWI or Speeding and traffic ticket citations in the Charlotte area.
At SeiferFlatow, Attorney Foard and the staff were personable. However, Ms. Foard was not prepared to battle with an aggressive lawyer. She did no relevant legal research to understand legal precedent and spent no time investigating the oppositions claims. As a result, I was advised to accept a settlement based on her bad advice and incompetent guidance. Hiring SeiferFlatow was a terrible decision.
After my experiences, I would not trust Attorney Flatow or his firm to handle important legal matters.
Client (paraphrased): You advised me and negotiated an illogical settlement compromised by bad faith, unfair calculations and improper weighing of assets. Due to SeiferFlatow’s mistakes in this case I lost $100’s of $1,000’s of dollars. Attorney Flatow: “You had a binary decision; take Mr. XXXXX’s absolute best offer, regardless of whether it was grounded in logic, good faith, fair calculations or proper weighing of pre-marital assets, or to litigate.” Flatow’s conclusion “…it is the Firm’s position that there was no breach in the standard of care. “ Client: Your statement is appalling. A lawyer is morally obligated to protect the client from making decisions based on illogical thinking, bad faith, inaccurate calculation and mistakes including the weighing of premarital assets. Summary: When SeiferFlatow was asked to mitigate their mistakes, Attorney Flatow, managing partner of SeiferFlatow, suggested that the client is responsible.
