Worked mostly with those in office under Jan. When I did meet her, she was very nice. Others handled my paperwork, calls, and even the hearing. I worried a lot that it all seemed too easy. And sometimes I felt I wasn't in contact with them enough. But apparently they knew exactly what they were doing because all went very well!
