I have been with Sink for over a year and they have not given me any true advise or counsel. They have collected reports and are slow to answer calls back. One of the three counselors I have encountered would not call me back and was very unknowledgeable about my case.

George sink handle people’s case and win them. But after you win your case George sink hold your check and becomes very hard to get in contact with. He will tell you that he has your check but now you have to try and track him down just to get your check that a case he won months ago. You will have to jump thru hoops just to track him down. Very bad Experience with his law firm.

DO NOT USE REPRESENT YOURSELF BEFORE YOU USE THEM. IT'S BEEN 4 YEARS AND I'VE BEEN UP ALL NIGHT WITH BACK AND NECK PAIN I DESTROYED WORK TRAILER AND 4RUNNER ALL BECAUSE SOME YOUNG LADY RAN INTO THE BACK OF ME WHILE I WAS SITTING STILL AT A STOP SIGN. HIS LAW FIRM COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT SETTLED I'M BRIGHT SUNNY DAY YOUNG LADY WAS LATE TO WORK SLAMS INTO THE BACK OF ME AND HERE I SIT IN PAIN LAST TIME I CALLED THEIR OFFICE I WAS HUNG UP ON THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING RIGHT THERE

Reaching out to George Sink after my automobile accident was a bad decusion, I never received feedback about my case. My lawyer’s assistant never returned my phone calls or emails and was not knowledgeable about anything containing to my case. This company seem to be to occupied to the point where they are not able to fully take care of your case. Advice: If you need a lawyer it is best to find a GOOD small law firm who’s not bombarded by work. This law firm added stress to my situation.

I trusted George Sink's office to handle my disability claim and they did a horrible job! They wait until you have been denied initially and on reconsideration before submitting evidence. You do not have an attorney assigned to your case until shortly before your hearing-you have a "case manager" until then. My attorney didn't use my witnesses, failed to discuss a decision of disability and did not know I could submit records that were "new and relevant" past my DLI.
DO NOT USE GEORGE SINK!
