Great Lawyer
Bert is very knowledgeable and has given us invaluable counsel for various labor issues which have arisen for our small business. His advice has always been on target and not "over-lawyered" as he is realistic as to the day to day operations of a small business. He astutely assesses risk and gives good recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of both federal and state labor law. It helps that his firm has offices in other states as he helps other locations of our business.
I was beyond fortunate to find Ms. Freese by simple luck. I stumbled onto a service that connects clients with attorneys that specialized in their particular fields. In my case it was immigration. My history with lawyers prior to meeting Ms. Freese had always, in the end, left me with more questions then answers. Generally, if i found myself in a court room i understood a fraction of what was happening between the Judge and my attorney. Which left me feeling helpless, that is not a good feeling. My interactions with my immigration attorney was a totally different experience. Everything was sufficiently explained in terms i could understand. She and her team had an array of resources at my finger tips as well as paralegals available to answer questions. Making an intimidating and daunting process seem like it was a walk in the park. Ms. Margeret Emma Freese is a professional, compassionate, and most of all patient. it's left me with a different perspective on legal representation.
There were some major communications issues that resulted in poor responses. Mr. Fredrickson was hired by my company to investigate an interaction between shareholders. Mr. Fredrickson hired a third-party investigator and advised them to uncover any sexual harassment. The problem was neither party had ever claimed sexual harassment and this further caused difficulties between the shareholders believing the other had made these claims. The company was found at fault for another issue and when asked what policies would be addressed, the reply suggested by Mr. Erickson was that employee discipline could not be released. The lack of comprehensible communication exacerbated an already tense issue. I would not recommend this firm and a report has been made to the Office of Attorney Regulation Council.
