Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

Adam was fantastic to work with. I had a smaller claim I needed help with and Adam was there every step of the way to advise on my legal matter. He checked in and was always prompt to respond. Not only did he give me the legal advise I needed but he also advised me on a way to save myself a significant amount of money in legal fees. In this day and age when you need a lawyer for almost anything you do in business, I would highly reccommend going with Mr. Hocutt.

Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

Adam Hocutt represented me in my efforts to win a settlement from the company insuring the driver who caused a collision that injured me. The process lasted over a period of 20 months. During negotiations Adam shared with me for my review and approval every instance of communication with the other driver's insurance company. I was informed of every possible alternative. Adam was and is insightful, knowledgeable of the law and of human behavior and won a great settlement for me.

Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

There's only one word to describe Mr. Hocutt - Impeccable. Being oblivious to the complexity of the legal system, I found it extremely easy to navigate while under Adam's wing. The knowledge, patients, professionalism, and most importantly, the compassion displayed by Adam is unmatched (in my books). Trusting my family's justice and well-being in his hands was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.

Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

My elderly father had been in an automobile accident, and determined not to be at fault by the responding officer. His vehicle was a total loss and he sustained a broken arm. At first, we went through the normal sequence of steps with the at fault party's primary claims adjuster. We sought Adam's counsel, and from there he got the ball rolling quickly. Courteous and instantaneously prompt with return e-mails. Very pleased with the settlement. Would highly recommend Adam and his firm.

Adam Hocutt is a straight forward and a top notch lawyer that knows the law. I was in a head on collision accident. Adam listened to all my concerns about myself and my business. Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

Adam listened to my situation and took my case on. He was very professional and an excellent guide, and in turn was successful in winning a very favorable settlement. He was always responsive, easy to contact (even when on vacation for a week!) and always made me feel comfortable with my choices. Hopefully I will not need any legal services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely contact Adam for help.

Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

Mr. Hocutt is a great attorney! We hired him twice. Once for a personal injury and then again later for a traffic violation. Mr. Hocutt was truly interested in helping us at every step of the way. He was always quick to answer our questions and always kept us up-to-date on how things were progressing. He very much cared about our best interest and this sets him apart from other attorneys. We had a positive outcome with Mr. Hocutt for both cases. I would highly recommend him!

Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

I was exceptionally pleased with the value of service I received from Adam Hocutt. I had been in a car accident and the person who hit me appeared to be uninsured. Adam worked harder than my insurance company, making sure my medical bills were paid and my deductible was returned to me. Adam was always available to answer questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my recovery. On top of that, the overall outcome was above and beyond what I had anticipated. I would definitely use him again.

Hired Attorney Adam Hocutt

Although Mr. Hocutt is a younger attorney, his work was on par with attorneys with many more years experience. He treated us in a friendly, professional manner, and was genuinely concerned in resolving our legal issues. He worked diligently and was able to obtain a dismissal of all traffic charges against my wife. Compared to other attorneys I have worked with, his fees were around or lower than average, although I have never had an attorney be as nice. I would highly recommend him.
