Hired Law Firm

I retained Pete McArdle to represent me in a high conflict custody case. It appeared to be a hopeless case as my ex had DSS on his side. In addition, the Guardian Ad Litem found me to be an unfit parent. But then - Pete had his turn. In less than one day, he turned the case around. Since he nailed it over and over, we call him “The Carpenter.” I was awarded full legal custody. Pete McArdle is the St. Jude of attorneys. He was a rock star!

I was recommended to Arnold and smith by a relative when I first met with brad smith I was told he would be there and that I had a good case the day before my court appearance they sent in another attorney who showed up 4 hours late and pissed of the judge and said absolutely nothing I deserve some form of repayment for a waste of service.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
