Shaffer & Shaffer PLLC evolved from the general practice of Harry G. Shaffer, Sr. who began his practice in 1909 and was joined by his son, Harry G. Shaffer, Jr. Beginning in the 1970s the firm expanded its client base and scope of work, and now provides representation across all areas of West Virginia. The firm's services include general civil practice in state and federal courts in West Virginia, with an emphasis on personal injury, industrial accidents, employment law, commercial transactions and litigation, employment law and insurance defense.

Mr. Cicconi won my case for me. He returns calls right away. He even called to give updates on my case. He is one of the best lawyers I've ever met. He's personable, caring, and a delight to have met. He even drove 5 hrs to my court hearing. If you need a good lawyer, he is the one to hire. You will never have trouble contacting him. He is always there for his clients. If I could give more than five stars I would.
