Shaffer & Shaffer PLLC evolved from the general practice of Harry G. Shaffer, Sr. who began his practice in 1909 and was joined by his son, Harry G. Shaffer, Jr. Beginning in the 1970s the firm expanded its client base and scope of work, and now provides representation across all areas of West Virginia. The firm's services include general civil practice in state and federal courts in West Virginia, with an emphasis on personal injury, industrial accidents, employment law, commercial transactions and litigation, employment law and insurance defense.

Shaffer and Shaffer was easy to deal with and does a great job. A great team of people. I was badly injured in a car wreck through no fault of my own. The at fault person was from out of state and communication from her insurance was next to none. I had medical bills, lost wages and the loss of my vehicle. I turned to Shaffer and Shaffer for help and they got me the help that I needed and I am ever so grateful.

Todd was amazing! Was compassionate but straight forward. I was badly injured in a car wreck and couldn't get a response from the at fault persons insurance. I had medical bills, lost wages and a ton of stress. He took care of everything! I am so grateful for him and his team at Shaffer and Shaffer.

I was always kept informed and any questions I had were quickly answered and explained.He was also very helpful helping me deal with my long term disability insurance co to keep my income on steady basis.He took care of all paper work from SSI that was a blessing .I will always recommend Anthony and Shafer @Shafer law firm.

Mr. Cicconi was so understanding to my situation and immediately filed my claim. He was very open about the process which answered all my questions. The couple times I did reach out to him, he responded to my inquiries quickly. I didn't have to make call after call to get a response. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to handle my SSDI.
