I contacted this firm about representing my wife due to Ethelene oxide exposure and contracting CLL(Leukemia). I was sent a contract stating that if the firm decided to pursue a class action or mass tort case, my wifes case would be a part of those rather than an individual lawsuit. I explained to Kayde,the lawyer I had dealing with, that my wife was a unique case and we wanted to pursue an individual injury claim. Kayde proceeded to tell me, very rudely, me that my wife was the same as all of the other ETO cases. My wife a congenital heart defect and has had six heart pacers implanted, two open heart surgeries and has severe Atrial Fibrillation. Her life has been very difficult and with the A Fib, her treatment is very complicated. It is obvious this firm views cancer patients as just money!
