We expected lawyers to charge a base fee with extra charges if we required more time for questions. That was not the case. Jeff met with us for a free consultation, where we asked him a lot of questions and he gave us general information and things to consider. Since we decided to work with him, he charged a reasonable flat fee including document preparation, responding to email questions, a follow-up meeting for clarifications, and additional information pertinent to us, with no additional fees. He offers in-person or virtual meetings. He also made it clear what follow-up steps were required to complete the trust with his recommendations. Jeff was efficient, good natured, patient, and a pleasure to work with.

Jeff was so easy for us to work with. Pretty sure we aren’t so easy to work with on the other hand. Our living will and estate planning was not financially nor legally complicated however we had some emotional family related discussions to have.
