What a great service - Jeff Hall prepared my trust (guided me through various decisions along the way), and all the documents I needed (health care power of attorney, living will, etc). He was patient, answering my questions. And at the end - not only did I have all the documents, signed and notarized, but Jeff gave me a 3-ring binder, with the instructions my heirs would need (and I can use), a step by step review of what each documents means and what must be done. I'm guessing I'll be making revisions in the future, updating names, gifts, and yes, I'll be returning to Jeff....and I'll be referring friends to him.

Jeff helped us create will and trust documents for the family. He made the process easy to understand and explained everything so we could understand it all. Having the peace of mind to know that my family is taken care of should something happen to me or my wife is extremely comforting and definitely worth doing. Jeff was extremely professional in building our Living Trust from start to finish. He is caring, communicates well, and is able to explain complex concepts of wills, powers of attorney, trusts , and beneficiary deeds with ease and calm, never getting impatient with all of our questions. He is organized, courteous, prompt, everything you want in a trust lawyer. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Hire him.

Our Trust was done for the second time due to changes in wording of the people and businesses stated and overtime our wishes changed. After the death of my husband it was clear that I needed to make changes. Mr. Hall was very prompt in making these changes and now I have a clearer understanding where my fund will go and my son will be in charge of my health as I get older. I would recommend Mr. Hall to anyone that either needs to get started or just an update of their end of life decisons.

We went to Jeffrey for our trust, wills, powers of attorney and medical directives. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Jeff was very helpful in explaining the process to us and providing details for our particular situation. He was also very helpful in providing us with the proper paper work and detailed instructions for placing our homes into our new trust. He explained which assets we would need to place in the trust, which was very helpful. We learned so much by the time we were done that we felt confident in our ability to fund and care for our trust. We highly recommend Jeffrey P. Hall to anyone who needs estate planning.

I was told by my financial advisor the trust my husband and I held needed to be changed since he had passed. I read other reviews about Jeffrey and he was close by. As a revision, I believed it was easier, but he took the time both prior to revising and then during the signing of the final document to explain why there was more to it than a name change. I’ve been to estate planning seminars held by legal firms, and the pricing was the same. I felt more comfortable with a local person and not a big firm where I wouldn’t know who I was really working with. Jeffrey was quick to respond with any questions I sent via email, and I had clear directions on what I needed to do post-signing. I appreciated the estate binder supplied at the end.
