Before hiring Tim I had been fighting with the Insurance Company to get them to pay for my surgery. Within 7 days of hiring Tim my surgery was approved and scheduled. After, surgery Tim took care of my case which allowed me concentrate on healing instead of fighting with the Insurance Company. Throughout the process Tim kept me informed of my case, and was able to complete my case with minimal participation on my part.
Iowa Mr Long called me soon after reviewing my e-mail message. Despite being unable to take on my case, he graciously provided me with the information I would need in order to begin resolving my insurance claim.
On more than one occasion I've found that RSH does not probe enough questions on consultation and found myself left without any meaningful legal advice nor action. Unless your case is open and shut, I would not recommend seeking representation of this legal firm.
