Terrible communication, terrible service. We set up a time for a phone meeting and he didn’t call. I waited ten minutes and called because I thought maybe there was a miscommunication. I sat on hold for five minutes waiting to be transferred and thought forget this if it’s already starting out like this I can see how the rest of the business dealings with this firm will be. I hung up. He calls back within a few minutes and we start kind of going over my case. I offered to pay for an hour of his time if we could see if it was worth it to move forward with my insurance claim. We talked for maybe 15 minutes. The whole time he was chewing nuts very loudly and barely had anything to say. (I know they were nuts because he told me when he wasn’t happy about me wanting to leave a review.) He basically just repeated things I had said back to him in between his loud chewing. I realized quickly it was going nowhere and said I would go at it alone. Paid $195 to listen to a guy eat nuts for 15 mins
