Even though very responsive to emails, more time should have been spent in the initial consultation explaining possible actions by a tenant determined to avoid payment of property damages, instead of just saying that I had a legitimate claim. The excessive fees for repeated reviewing, drafting, editing, compiling and filing of documents far exceeded the actual damages with no end in sight. The tenant was always a step ahead and finally threatened bankrupcy at which point I withdrew the claim.

When the opposing party threatened to file bankruptcy to avoid payment of any judgment, I recommended that my client consider whether or not she was willing to spend more money, time, and effort to obtain a money judgment against her former tenant.

First, they shouldn't have hired me because my spouse already contacted them. They did not refund my retainer. They want you to leave a Google review after the consultation, NOT after you hire them. That is a red flag. The positive reviews are bs. They do this because they know they are SLIMY CROOKS, and that if you hire them: they will screw you over, like me and others, and then get a 1 star review....which is most fitting. You will most like speak with Christopher Sutton, and then get stuck with an overpriced, inexperienced lawyer. In my case she was charging me so that she could understand family law better!!!! Not even a week after giving them my retainer, Dan Anderson from accounting was harassing me with non stop phone calls, and emails about my 300.00 bill! Later when I disputed my bill: crickets. Total waste of time, money and energy. It is very abusive of them, and as someone who was the victim in a domestic abuse situation: this lawfirms ethics are appalling!

Get ready for Mafia style collections with intimidation tactics and confrontational accounting department. We received a call from the Robinson & Henry accounting department from James Mcbe which we thought was 1 day after we received our bill. Turns out we missed the first email and it was 9 days after we received our bill with an ongoing case. The message left on my phone was very confrontational about why we haven't paid yet. After I listened to the message I called my wife and found out James had also called her and left the call saying " So we are on the same page" . I do not feel that 9 days after receiving the bill is late. James was also unaware that the company had released our first attorney with no phone call to us, just an email, and we had to start over from scratch with a new attorney. This made the List of Demands that was supposed to be ready late from when it was supposed to be delivered. It didn't appear to matter to James that we may need a minute to look over o

I was extremely unsatisfied with the services I received, especially given the cost. Somehow, our lawyer managed to rack up more than $5,000 in fees for a simple $1,750 deposit, WITH A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. Moreover, the case was thrown out entirely after appeals showed the original summons was not properly served. When we requested help to fix something that should have been caught by the lawyer initially, they refused to help unless we gave another retainer.

This firm only cares about maximizing billing. You will be given advice detrimental to your own cause if it means getting your billing to skyrocket. Basic, simple things will be overlooked and filed incorrectly on your behalf putting you in a terrible position. Attorney will show up looking disheveled, in sneakers and laugh and joke in the courtroom when you are obviously losing while doimg very little to fight for you. This law firm also has a very hard time keeping good attorneys and turn over here is very high on the divorce side.

Hired Attorney Andrew Hug

DO NOT USE Hug or this law firm. Very poor at communication with client and very quick to bill. More than 6 months, 10k+ spent and only one motion filed where judge has not yet reponed to motion and Hug does nothing and does not communicate next steps. He may be a nice person but, it is my opinion, he is a lousy lawyer.

Andrew Hug - Very Poor at communication. Waiting weeks, plural, for a reply. Often the reply is 'I can get you scheduled next week'. Then he doesn't know answer to questions, needs to call back, but he doesn't. This means you have to start begging to get Angela to call back to schedule another phone conference a week or more out. Now you are about a month out and you still don't have an answer to a basic question and you got billed 1k+. The most frustrating group of non-professionals I have had to work with in my 40 year business career. Also, very poor explaining the issues fully, waiting until they get more money for doing part of the work then saying they can't do more. When asked, why didn't you explain that to me up front? answer is silence. Next zero rating, billing. I pd every 2 wks for months and spent 10k+ keeping 5k retainer. My acct was in + bal. I said I wasn't paying more till Hug answered questions. Dan Anderson is requesting they drop me. DO NOT HIRE. GO ELSWHERE.

I strongly advise against hiring Robinson & Henry Law Firm, particularly the attorney assigned to my case and her supervisor, who claims to specialize in criminal defense. After spending $32,000 over 5 months with no results My attorney’s performance was disgraceful. Her lack of preparation was evident during a court hearing, leading to frustration from both the magistrate and District Attorney. She was reprimanded by the magistrate and even talked over him, further exposing her incompetence Communication was nonexistent. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, responses were rare and inadequate. Most frustrating was her failure to communicate a critical offer from the District Attorney that could have resolved my son's case, forcing him to remain in a boys' home. I am now prepared to file a grievance against Robinson & Henry for their handling of this matter. If you have questions about my experience, I'll share every proof

Charged me three grand for a boilerplate employee agreement. I had to come up with the solutions for my case. Communication is only been provided once I asked for an update. More interested in sending me billing updates than they are sending me responses on my case.
