I hired legal representation from this firm and it has been nothing short of hell. Terrible to no communication, failure to file proper paperwork, ignores records requests and does not seek the best intrest of the client in any way. This firm is for cutting deals, they do not care about peoples rights or the actual law and they would sell your bottom out from under you. Find a better legal firm this is not somewhere I would ever recommend to anyone. AVOID THIS LEGAL PROVIDER IF WHAT YOUR FIGHTING FOR MATTERS TO YOU.
Due to Scott Klosterman's lack of due diligence, never bothering to explore or even review exculpatory evidence from the state of Washington's own documents which were in his possession, I am unemployable. Further, Klosterman allowed unverifiable defamatory information regarding me to go without challenge on the internet. Further, at the end of my dealings with Klosterman, he essentially indicated to me he had no faith in my word or innocence in the matter. Essentially, Klosterman denied me the presumption of innocence, despite the thousands of dollars paid. Unethical. Lazy. Incompetent. Klosterman lastly ensured I was denied due process of (regulatory) law. I have experience with two other professionals at WPD&N. My experience with them was completely antipodal to that of Klosterman. "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link," the weakest link in my exposure to WPD&N is Klosterman.
