While in law school, he was invited to write for the Law Review which published two of his legal writings. His years of intelligence work in the Navy and as a private investigator for law firms before and during law school helped prepare him for his chosen field of law - litigation. With nearly 27 years experience, he has litigated a wide variety of disputes including medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, oil and gas, commercial, and construction cases. Jeff has served as lead trial counsel in many jury trials in state and federal courts throughout Wyoming and has been the principal appellate lawyer on numerous appeals. Jeff strives for excellence as a well-prepared and effective advocate for his clients.
He is active in his church and has served his community in various capacities including on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, President of the Board of Directors of the United Way, and Campaign Chairman for the United Way. Jeff and his wife, Bennie, who also is his Certified Legal Assistant, have five children and 7 grandchildren.
