Mr. Checkett took my case on very short notice and immediately began working on a dismissal. I was in a unique situation regarding someone else's Bankruptcy case and it felt great to have someone else on & "fighting for my side". After a couple of hurdles, a few dates pushed back, we finally received the answer we had hoped for. We sought legal help filing bankruptcy on two separate occasions, paid them in full to help us resolve our financial situation. We were told that everything looked good but when it came time to work for us with the courts and trustee, they were of no help. We felt like we were fighting a losing battle and out about $10,000 dollars in expenses with no resolution. Please do your research before choosing an attorney.
I don't know they came highly recommend but since I work I've left multiple messages and two months now still have not even heard back from them. So I question why they were highly recommend, even by my pastor but can't return a phone call
