I was very disappointed with Tracy's time management in court. We spent an entire business day waiting to see a judge in court (weren't on calendar) only to have our case moved to the Juvenile Court. That day of inaction cost me in excess of $1,000. When we did get our hearing on the calendar in the Juvenile Court, Tracy's demeanor had changed tremendously. She came out timid, seemed unsure of the information that we had reviewed in length, and lacked the fiery presence that was needed.
