Hired Attorney

Jana Evans has represented me for nearly 10 years now in an ongoing legal battle with my son's father. She has never missed a beat and has yet to disappoint or let me down. She is very personable in the office but cutthroat in the courtroom. I recommend her services to any parent struggling for good representation.

Saw Jana do well in a case over a decade ago and set up a meeting with her and she no call/show. Years later, I again sought Jana and she represented me. She didn't fully advise me or advocate for my position and refused to engage a very aggressive opposing counsel. Jana conducted NO DISCOVERY in a hotly contested case. Filed a complaint that made it to the Deputy General Counsel before being dismissed. Reconsideration is being filed. Return communication often took weeks.
