My name is Jason W. Swindle Sr. and I exclusively handle criminal defense/DUI cases in the West Georgia and Metro Atlanta area. WE HAVE OFFICES IN CARROLLTON AND DOUGLASVILLE. I represent clients charged with traffic violations, DUI, drug offenses, violent crimes, theft crimes, and murder. I also handle criminal appeals in the Georgia appellate courts. I cannot put into words how amazing the experience was with Jason Swindle and his group. They work very hard to make sure you get winning results. From my first meeting with Mr. Swindle until the day that we spoke in front of the judge I was at peace that I had made the right choice. Jason was sincere, very personable and dedicated.

In a time that was nerve-wracking and anxious for our family, Jason was compassionate and persistent in representing me in court. He truly treats his clients as family and took the time to explain legal proceedings to us, even at a last minute's notice. From in-person meetings, to late night phone calls, he was always available to help. He will go to bat for you in court and is the person you want standing next to you in the courtroom. Mr. Swindle is well known locally for his abilities as a criminal defense attorney and has no shortage of clients. However, he makes the time to dig deep into the facts of a case and develop a strategy to represent even a guilty defendant. He is driven by a true quest for justice and works weekends and late nights if necessary to obtain it. I could not recommend him more high.y.

I can not speak more highly of Jason Swindle. I was unfortunately involved in an incident attempting to defend a family member who was involved in a bar fight and as such was arrested on multiple charges. My wife is also an attorney who does not practice criminal law and spent a great deal of time researching attorneys in the area and came to the conclusion that Jason was the best in town and he did not disappoint, getting me the most desirable outcome that we could have realistically hoped for.
