My name is Jason W. Swindle Sr. and I exclusively handle criminal defense/DUI cases in the West Georgia and Metro Atlanta area. WE HAVE OFFICES IN CARROLLTON AND DOUGLASVILLE. Our case involved a driving offense in Georgia while living in Texas. Jason handled the details so that we had the fewest return trips needed, worked with the prosecutor to have the best outcome we could expect. The Swindle Law group was very helpful along every step of the process. They were polite and courteous in every contact and were always quick to return our phone calls or emails. I will recommend them when ever possible.

I met with Jason and his team regarding my case and decided to go with his firm. First off I must say that everyone in his office was always pleasant and answered any questions I had. They were always very responsive. Jason was able to get the jail time off the table and got me the best outcome for what I was facing. I will forever be grateful for Jason and his team. Although I hope I will never need his services again, I would highly recommend him for anyone else that needs an Excellent criminals defense attorney.
